2017 Honda CRV Review, Redesign

The Japanese automobile manufacturer is set to release the latest model SUV of the 2017 Honda CRV with more improved and attractive design in an attempt to increase its sales than the current 2016 model.

2017 Honda CRV – Redesign Exterior and Interior

Although there shall be some variety of improvements in the 2017 Honda CRV, this model will not be much different from the current model. A new grille and redesigned bumpers are available. The SUV is fitted with the latest cutting edge technology, and well-defined LED headlights are available. The unique extra feature for the 2017 Honda CRV includes a wider bumper, improved foglights, and a sunroof. The available exterior colors will be; White diamond pearl, alabaster silver metallic, modern steel metallic and the crystal black pearl. For the roof and glass features; rear defogger, intermittent front, and rear wipers are available. This SUV shall ride on 16-inch steel wheels that will provide all-season usability and a temporary spare tire, and an Inside mounted spare tire is available. The doors have fixed liftgate window, and the also available is a rear lift gate door. The car will have the capability of towing and hauling cargo tie downs. The car measures the following units in dimensions; 179.4-inches in length, 71.6-inch in width and 64.7 in heights. The wheelbase provided is 103.1-inches, and this enhances the car’s stability at high speeds.

From the inside of the 2017 Honda CRV, the seats are wrapped in a premium cloth for improved comfort and the front bucket seats provide optimum comfort, the driver’s seat is height-adjustable. The car can adequately accommodate five passengers, and the rear seats can be folded or recline depending on the suitability of the users. The power features that are available include a one-touch power windows and a remote keyless power door locks. The instrumentation available in 2017 Honda CRV includes a clock, a trip computer, an external temperature display, a compass and a tachometer. 2017 Honda CRV – Engine and Performance

The under the hood performance of 2017 CR-V shall be provided by variable engine options. A 1.5 L gasoline engine capable of generating power of 128 hp, the second option being a 2.4 L engine capable of producing 185 hp and a torque of 181 lb-ft, and a 2.2 L diesel that will be integrated into the hybrid models of the car. The fuel economy of the car shall be 26 mpg while in the city and 33 mpg while on highways.

The price of SUV is set to start from $25,000, and it is expected to be available to the auto markets mid-year 2017.
