2017 Cadillac Escalade Price, Release Date

The 2017 Cadillac Escalade is still under development although the Cadillac manufacturer says that this majestic car shall be available in the market soon. Just as the other automakers, the Cadillac uses the strategy of enhancing this new model with improvements and several models that will not only attract the potential buyers of the car but also improve the overall performance and durability of the car. These design changes involve not only the performance under the hood but also the exterior view and interior view of the car.

2017 Cadillac Escalade – Fresh New Look

Even though there shall be changes to the exterior view of the car, this does not mean that the design is much different from the current model. Some of the features that will remain the same include the Cadillac trademark design that is still masculine and attractive even with the current model. The front bumper has received some improvements while some features of the exhaust system have been enhanced. 2017 Cadillac Escalade rides on 20-inch wheels, and one of the notable unique features is the availability of the modern designed automatic LED lights. The wipers are rain sensing and soon operate when the windshield becomes wet, and the grille has been redesigned to give an attractive look. The car measures 80.5- inch in width, 203.9 inches in length and a height of 74.4-inches. The ground clearance provided by 2017 Cadillac Escalade is 8-iches and a wheelbase of 116-inch that provides better handling of the high car speeds.

The interior of the 2017 Cadillac Escalade offers 3 sitting rows, and the rear end seats are collapsible and this, in turn, provides an increased cargo space when more interior cargo space is required. The seats are heated, and the front row seats provide an 8-way power adjustable driver and passenger seats. 2017 Cadillac Escalade – Powerful Engine

The 2017 Cadillac Escalade under hood power performance shall be provided a 6.2 L V8 engine that will generate an output power of 420 hp and an output torque of 460 lb-ft. This engine shall be mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission and with AWD and RWD capabilities.

For the sports version, a 3.6 L engine turbocharged V6 engine will be available and capable of generating 420 hp and shall be mated to a 9-speed automatic transmission. The fuel consumption for both model engine will also be relatively improved.

The price of the Cadillac Escalade is set to start at relatively above $75,000, and it is expected to be launched to the market during the third quarter or fourth quarter of the year 2016.
