2017 Infiniti QX30 Price, Release Date

The design of hatchbacks has expanded melded into the SUV design sensibilities to become what we now know as the crossover SUV. Can we finally say goodbye to hatchbacks? With the 2017 Infiniti QX30 unveiled in the 2015 Frankfurt Motor show, the general consensus seems to suggest that in the next coming years, we might see the hatchback disappearing into oblivion. The 2017 Infiniti QX30 might be a crossover SUV but it is slightly taller than what one would expect. Its stable mate the Q30 shares most of its attributes except that the 2017 Infiniti QX30 has a standard all-wheel drive.

2017 Infiniti QX30 – Interior and Exterior Design


The 2017 Infiniti QX30 model is built on a Mercedes-Benz GLA class platform this means that the new 2017 Infiniti QX70 has the same interior and switch gear as the Mercedes-Benz GLA-class. This gives the QX30 the appearance of being a car disguised as a crossover. As far as the exterior looks go, the QX30 bolder than the Mercedes-Benz GLA class. It has a low-slung roofline and A-pillars that make the body look sportier. The 2017 Infiniti QX30 has sturdier springs is fitted with an anti-roll bar in the rear compensates for the low height and makes for superior handling. The shape of the Infiniti QX30 2017 is sleek and sharper with the same creases found in the Q30. Unique design features include plastic cladding, revised bumper, wheel wells and a metallic trim. The car looks more rugged thanks to the changes made to the lower half of the car.


The interior has also been upgraded with comfortable seats that will be covered either with a standard black cloth or optional Napa leather in black or beige. The seats themselves are soft, wider and designed to support the natural curvature of a human spine.


The interior is as stylish as the exterior and is defined by asymmetrical elements extending from the dashboard to the back of the car. When it comes to technology, nothing that has been incorporated in the car is gimmicky nor is it an imitation of the Mercedes-Benz design. The 2017 QX30 has a unique combination of features like the Infinity InTouch infotainment system with a 7-inch swipe control screen. In addition to the 306-degree Around Vie w the car has intelligent parking system and a slew of other safety features as well as other tech features that will appeal to the new generation of car buyers.

2017 Infiniti QX30 Engine Design and Performance


The standard 2017 QX30 basic model will come with a 2.0-liter engine producing 208 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque. It will come mated to a 7-speed dual clutch transmission. The 2017 Infiniti QX30 is a forward drive vehicle is a four-wheel drive car. The speed and performance of the Infiniti QX30 is expected to reach speeds of 0-60 mph in 6.9 second. There will be a gasoline and diesel engine version the car has better steering than its predecessor and handles well on rough terrain as well as on highways.


2017 Infiniti QX30 – Release Date and Price


The Infiniti has been a relatively obscure brand in most countries but this time around the manufacturer is aiming to launch to a broader market. It is expected to go sale in the middle towards the end of 2016 or the middle of 2017. The pricing is slated to be around the $30,000 range. Some markets will only have diesel model or petrol models whilst other will have both. More information on the release date and design features should be available soon.
